Oh for a custom blog!

While I think this new blog is great, I can see why people pay for custom blogs.  I must have tried about 20 different templates last night and not one of them had everything I wanted.  I’ve settled on this one for now because it’s the only one that I can put decent sized photos on but I’m frustrated that I can’t put my logo and a bigger photo on the header or even change the fonts.  Don’t be surprised if it changes and if my images change borders etc a few times until I settle on one that I like.

I’m experimenting with adding photos before doing my first recent photography post.  Here is a photo of my three beautiful children taken last year.

I’m a Wife, Mother of Three and Photographer who’s proud to call New Zealand home.

Although I’m a pretty private person I thought it was time to join the masses and create a blog to showcase my photography.  I love to follow other photographer’s blogs and with most people having access to the internet and preferring to search online I’m sure it will be a great tool to meet prospective clients and to give current clients a way to view and share their photos online.

Please bear with me while I set this blog up and add my first posts.  I’d love you to leave a comment to let me know you’ve visited my blog and to reassure me that I’m not talking to myself!

I don’t have any recent photos of myself so for the moment I’ve added this snapshot of our mountain – Mount Taranaki.
